- I have completed the two most prominent Realtor Designations for Green homes, the NAR Green Realtor Designation and Certified Eco-Broker. These designations enable me to guide you through the growing complexity of Green Building or Green Remodeling.
As a member of the National Association of Home Builders, NAHB, and Home Builders and Remodelers Association of NH, HBRANH, I am on the cutting edge of technology available to build and remodel homes in our state. I am a Charter Member of the NH Green Building Council and a member of the Build Green NH Steering Committee. I also have completed the Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation, which is the same courses that builders take to apply the NAHB Green Building Standards when they build green homes. During the past few years, I have been personally involved in building a duplex home in Manchester from the early planning stages through the final occupancy permit. Working closely with the contractor and subs, I helped create a wonderful new home for my two daughters and their families.
The duplex was converted to a condex which enabled them to procure separate mortgages for each unit. Knowing this process will allow me to assist you in condexing your multifamily properties.
The motivation to follow in my father’s footsteps as a Realtor® and the construction of these two homes has enabled me to help others fulfill their dreams of home ownership or the construction of their dream homes in Southern NH.
I also was the General Contractor “GC” during the construction of my ”5 Star Energy Star” home in Milford, NH. Some of the components used in this Energy Star home were ICF blocks (Insulated Concrete Foundation), SIP’s (Structural Insulated Panels), and a geothermal heating system.
This is the technology that is the wave of the future, and my personal experience in using it’s benefits on a daily basis maximizes the benefit of having me as your Realtor, whether you are a Buyer, Seller or Builder/Developer.
